Sufresca gets $500,000 investment for edible food coating solution

Israeli start-up Sufresca, who makes an edible coating that extends the life of fruits and vegetables, has raised a $500,000 seed round from ag tech VC Rimonim. The round brings Sufrescas total funding so far to $1.3 million.
