FSIS said that the products subject to recall bear establishment number P-7417 or EST. 7417 inside the USDA mark of inspection.
The misbranded and undeclared allergen products were distributed to various retail locations across the US, including Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia. Some turkey products may have been sold as retail-sliced deli product. The Cajun-style bacon and RTE Cajun-style turkey breast items were produced between 29 October 2018 and 19 November 2019.
