American organic food company Tierra Farm has acquired Seor Sabor, an organic spice company based in Pennsylvania.
Seor Sabor produces bulk and freshly ground, certified organic spices, as well as seasonings for retailers and food manufacturers. The company also offers a private-label service.
Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
The acquisition is expected to help Tierra Farm improve the flavour of its trademark dry-roasted nuts.
Furthermore, the acquisition of Seor
