Scientists say coffee could be key in fighting obesity

Theres been a myriad of purported health benefits for drinking coffee, but a new study claims the beverage could have a key role to play in beating obesity.

Scientists from the University of Nottingham found that drinking a cup of coffee can stimulate brown fat the bodys own fat-fighting defences. This, they say, could be key to tackling obesity and diabetes.
