Tate Lyle, a provider of food and drink solutions and ingredients, has introduced a new natural flavour with stevia ingredient company, Sweet Green Fields (SGF).
Zolesse is a glycosylated stevia extract labelled as a natural flavour, as per the US FDA definition, allowing manufacturers to keep a short ingredients list.
The launch will help support food and beverage manufacturers deliver great-tasting products that meet ever-growing consumer demand for clean label ingredients, Tate Lyle said.
