US-based Crab House Trading has issued a recall of nearly 36,040lb of frozen Siluriformes products, specifically yellow walking fish, which have been produced without the benefit of federal inspection.
The products that are subject to the recall include triple pearl headless-cleaned yellow walking fish.
According to the US Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), the items were shipped to retail and wholesale locations in California.
FSIS identified the issue duri
