A handful of walnuts per day could boost memory

A recent study, published in the Journal of Nutrition, Health Ageing, shows that consuming a handful of walnuts daily could enhance cognitive health and slow down the progression of Alzheimers. The study was conducted in China by the China Health Nutrition Survey, which observed some 5,000 people of over 55 years old, for a period of 22 years.
