Global botanical products provider Martin Bauer Group has acquired US-based BI Nutraceuticals. Financial details of the deal have not been divulged.
Servicing the beverage, food and dietary supplements industries, the acquisition will enable Martin Bauer Group to possess an extensive portfolio of botanical ingredients and a versatile manufacturing hub.
