China suspends imports of broken rice from Myanmar

According to Myanmar's domestic traders, China has suspended imports of broken rice from Myanmar since the third week of March. UNayLin Zin, secretary-general of the Myanmar Rice Processors Association, said that only rice was allowed to be traded on the border between China and Myanmar, while some traders had been exporting rice in a broken rice category.
