Black garlic exported to foreign market for the first time in Qinghai province

Damei Agricultural Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. of Qinghai Province was successfully exported to Thailand after passing the inspection and quarantine supervision of Xining Customs recently. This is the first time that black garlic in Qinghai Province has been exported to foreign markets.

Xining Customs staff introduced that black garlic is a kind of healthy food made from fresh garlic with skin after 60 to 90 days fermentation under certain temperature and humidity conditions.
