Set to launch this autumn, Puratos' s Topfil fruit pieces and Vivafil fruit pures aim to target high-end patisseries and bakers.
Both products are freeze-thaw stable and bake-stable and can be used in cold or baked applications.
Vivafil fruit fillings can be used in fresh and frozen applications to fill laminated doughs, cakes, sweet bakery products and biscuits with a shelf-life of up to six weeks.
Topfil fillings are ready to use in fresh and frozen applications with laminated doughs, cakes
