Rains in Pakistan negatively impacting kinnow production

According to Muhammad Nawaz Maiken, director of Citrus Research Institute Sargodha (CRIS), kinnow growers are facing problems due to the recent rains and uncertain weather conditions. Meeting export targets is becoming exceedingly very difficult for them. Last year, Rs40 billion (253 mln) worth of kinnows was exported.
