Olive oil may not be your best choice

t flavor of olive oil, however, most people don't use it for baking since it can overpower other flavors.

I've never worked with grape-seed oil before, but after consulting with an expert, I'm going to use that when I'm sauting onions next time to see if it solves my bitter-onion problem.
