The Commission confirmed that the deal would not raise competition concerns because it will not significantly alter the structure of the markets concerned.
It added that the merging parties would have a relatively limited combined market position and that a sufficient number of alternative suppliers remain on the markets concerned.
The Commission therefore concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the EEA or any substantial part of it,it added.
