We went out to look at all the fiber-rich cereals on the market and found a total of 450 products. We also found that 95 percent or more of breakfast cereals give the nutritional information per portion, not by 100g. So, we said whatever the manufacturer is telling you is the portion, stick to that. Also, look for cereal that has at least 3g of fiber in a serving. For sugars, we had to advise on choosing cereals with less than 6g instead of 5, as otherwise too many cereals would not
