Eating well in the U.K.

The U.K. has a similar nutrition guide but the main illustration has a lot more detail. The Eatwell Guide replaces a plate-like diagram and now shows how much you should eat from all food groups with lots of examples of each. Some of the food groups offer specifics. For example, it suggests you should eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables each day. For other categories, the guidelines are more general.
