McDonalds UK recently launched the Spicy Veggie One, a spicy vegetarian wrap, which includes two Red Pesto veggie goujons and a seasonal salad, dressed with a spicy relish. The goujons are wrapped in a tortilla. The 364-calorie wrap is priced at 2.99.
A third (33 percent) of McDonalds customers revealed they think it is important to include more meat-free meals into their diets, and the new wrap offers them a choice to do so.
Lynne Elliot, chief executive, The Vegetarian Society, said, We ar
