Mediterranean diet named best diet of 2019

Its really healthy, balanced, (and) considered nutritionally complete, Angela Haupt, assistant managing editor of health at U.S. News World Report told USA Today. Haupt credited the diet plan with encouraging a longer, healthier lifestyle.
