All Chinese ports will charge low sulfur surcharge (LSS) from January 1st, 2019

Shanghai and Ningbo ports began to charge a low sulfur surcharge in November of this year, and from January 1st, the other ports in China will follow suit. Major shipping companies have made their own announcements. Qingdao, Tianjin, and Shenzhen ports will all follow the example of Shanghai and Ningbo, without exception.
