About 10-15 percent harvest loss for kale

Kale has always been one of the classic winter crops, especially in northern Germany. But in the south there are some suppliers as well and harvesting started about 2 weeks ago. ''Kale was going okay so far: it is not top yields, but they also not nearly as bad as those of red and white cabbage.
