EFSA updates tolerable intake level for dioxins and environmental pollutants

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has confirmed previous assessments that dietary exposure to dioxins and dioxin-like Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) environmental pollutants present at low levels in food and feed is a health concern.
