Monterey Mushrooms has created a holiday-theme seasonal package for its product line, Let's Blend, which is finely diced mushrooms ready to blend with ground meat.
Lets Blend comes in an 8-ounce package and three pre-seasoned flavors: Classic, Mexican and Italian.
The seasonal package is for the Classic version and provides blended version of recipes for holiday recipes such as stuffing and green bean casserole.
People want to eat better without giving up flavor and texture, said Lindsey Robe
