US farmers markets’ food safety inadequate - E. coli and Listeria abound

samples of leafy green produce and meat obtained from farmers markets in Pennsylvania for the presence of hygiene indicators -coliforms, fecal coliforms, Listeria, and E. coli- and found cause for concern.
