Widespread food recalls hit Whole Foods, Walmart and Trader Joe's

including Bakkavor Foods, Envolve Foods and Ruiz Food Products, who notified the U.S. Department of Agriculture that their products may include ingredients such as corn, diced onions and other vegetables possibly tainted with bacteria by a single company called McCain Foods.
