US: Corn, diced onions and vegetables cited in dual contamination recalls

Envolve Foods in Corona, California is recalling approximately 292,764 pounds of ready-to-eat chicken and beef products containing a vegetable ingredient that may be contaminated with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes, according to the USDAs Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
