CSM develops new bread ingredients technology

CSM said that the Dough Control Technology (DCT), which has been developed over a period of two years, enables the company to offer bakery ingredients which provide specific key benefits during the bread manufacturing process.
CSM European Bread Product Development Centre director Hans Moonen said the DCT has been developed to overcome the fluctuations in production, and achieve greater consistency and efficiency.
