Figure 4 maps the counties that would qualify for the yield update pursuant to the House language using data available from the National Drought Mitigation Center (U.S. Drought Monitor Data). These counties could update yields to 90% of the simple average of yield per planted acre for the 2013 to 2017 crop years.
