Search for alternatives to hypochlorite for disinfection of processed products

The Go Desinfeccin IV Gama project will seek natural alternatives to the use of hypochlorite for the hygienization of processed fresh fruits and vegetables; that is, those that are packaged ready for consumption. Such alternatives should have no impact on the products' organoleptic quality.

The project has partners in Andalusia, the Region of Valencia, Murcia, La Rioja, Navarre, Madrid and Catalonia, including the cooperative Anecoop, Agrofield, Riberebro Integral and Domca.
