Frozen is an add-on to fresh
date:Sep 04, 2018
The small village of Westrozebeke in Flanders, Belgium, is at the centre of the vegetable production. At just a stones throw away from each other, several large factories can be found, which freeze the Flemish and Northern French harvests. Greenyards facility is one of the largest within this group. They freeze 100,000 tonnes of vegetables every year. With these products, we want to help consumers eat more fruit and vegetables, says Charles-Henri Deprez, manager of the Long Fresh division.
