ey harvested chickweed, dandelion, dock, mallow and nasturtium, and each of the wild edibles had more dietary fibre, protein, vitamin A, sodium, calcium, iron and vitamin K, and provided more energy than kale. (Kale did win out when it came to vitamin C.)
