Other varieties enjoying increased commercialization are king oyster/king trumpet mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii), chanterelles (genus Cantharellus), and Hen-of-the-Woods (Grifola frondosa), and morels (genus Morchella). The latter three are only recently cultivated and still more commonly obtained in the wild.
