Caesar’s Pasta Recalls Schiff’s Italian Beef Meatballs for Undeclared Egg, a Food Allergen

Caesars Pasta or New Jersey is recalling about 46,810 pounds of beef meatball products because they contain egg, one of the major food allergens, that is not declared on the label. Anyone who is allergic to egg could have a serious reaction if they eat this product. No reactions or any issues have been reported to date in connection with this problem.

The meatballs were produced between November 1, 2015 and November 30, 2017. The recalled products are 10-pound boxes containing 0.5-ounce pieces
