Recall of AKI Chum Salmon Caviar in Canada for Possible Botulism Updated

The recall of AKI brand Chum Salmon Caviar in Canada for possible Clostridium botulinum contamination has been updated. The products were sold in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and may have been sold nationwide. This additional information was identified during the Canadian Food Inspection Agencys investigation of the problem. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.

The recalled products are AKI Chum Salmon Caviar in two sizes. The 100 gram size has the UPC
