Poland: Work underway for the development of fruit powders

Instead of 4 apples, 2 teaspoons of fruit powder with natural bioactive compounds, vitamins and antioxidants. This solution will soon be possible, according to Dr Anna Michalska, from the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn, who is working on the fruit-powder technology.
