ShopRite Chocolate Chips Recalled for Undeclared Milk

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) reports that Wakefern Food Corporation has issued a recall for its ShopRite brand of SEMI-SWEET REAL CHOCOLATE CHIPS. These chocolate chips may contain milk, which was not declared on the packages allergy statement or ingredient list.

The chocolate chips affected by the recall were sold in 24-ounce bags in ShopRite, The Fresh Grocer, and other retail stores throughout the Northeastern United States. The bags are stamped with the UPC code 041190 02668
