In the period between January and May of this year, Peruvian exports of canned artichokes amounted to US $27,972,681, i.e. 22.7% more than the US $ 22,796,219 achieved in the same period of 2016.
This was pointed out by the AgrodataPer portal, which also stated that in the first five months of 2017, Peru exported 9,933,144 kilos of canned artichoke, or 16.2% more than the 8,545,659 kilos dispatched in the same period of the previous year.
