Loving Pets of Cranbury, New Jersey is recalling some of their dog treats because they may be contaminated with Salmonella bacteria. Salmonella can sicken pets and humans, especially if the people dont wash their hands after touching the products or their pets. No illnesses have been reported to date.
The recalled products are Loving Pets Barksters, Item #5700 Sweet Potato and Chicken with UPC number 842982057005 and Lot number 021619, and Item #5705 Brown Rice and Chicken with UPC number 84298
