Burcon NutraScience Corp. is partnering with a yet to be named commercial partner to produce, market and sell Burcons Peazazz pea protein. According to Burcon, Peazazz is 100% soluble, transparent and heat stable in low pH solutions. The pea protein is suited for use in low pH beverages as well as other food and beverage applications, Burcon said.
