The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and JD Sweid Foods are recalling Hampton House brand Chicken Strips for possible harmful bacteria, according to the notice. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of this product.
The recalled product has an error in the preparation instructions on the label. The oven preparation instructions should read, Preheat to 204C (400F). The product may contain harmful bacteria that may cause foodborne illness.
