Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Nguyen Xuan Cuong, met with Canadas Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food Lawrence MacAulay to discuss Canadas Safe food for growth project in Vietnam on February 27 which looks to improve food hygiene.
