Licata Enterprises of California is recalling its The Supreme One/Theravits 100 multiple vitamins because of a labeling issue that could cause people with a fish allergic to consume this product. The product contains Vitamin A partially from fish liver oil which is stated in the Supplement Facts portion of the label.
