Veggie Noodle of Texas is recalling a limited quantity of Butternut Spirals for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. No illnesses have been reported in connection with this issue, but listeriosis, the illness caused by this bacteria, can take up to 70 days to manifest.
The recalled product is Butternut Spirals in 10.7 ounce clear plastic containers. It has a UPC number of 852287006059 and an Enjoy By date of February 23, 2017. The enjoy by date is located on the side of the package. T
