But if we analyse the development of these two products from the year 2013 to 2015, we can see that fresh juice has grown by 5.3% over the last three years and, on the contrary, juice from concentrate has recorded a 9.2% drop in consumption.
As a result of this increased demand and the greater margin for fresh juice, over the last decade (2005-2015), Brazil, which is estimated to produce almost
