Charcuterie Parisienne Products Recalled in Canada for Listeria

Charcuterie Parisienne brand cured meats are being recalled in Canada for possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination. The products were sold in Quebec at the retail level. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with the consumption of these products, but listeriosis can take up to 70 days to manifest.

The recalled products are all Charcuterie Parisienne brand name. They are Le trio de charcuteries Champtre in 150 gram packages, with UPC number 8 72863 00760 7 and best before 1
