Smoked Salmon Recalled in Canada for Possible Listeria

Central Epicure is recalling Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon from the marketplace in Canada because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes bacteria. No illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of this product, but the illness caused by this bacteria can take up to 70 days to appear.

The recalled products are Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon in 85 gram packages with no brand name. The code on the product is 2017SE07 and the UPC number is 0 61279 00330 7. Also recalled is
