uit temperature is 30℃ (the same as the outside environment temperature). The quarantine regulation requires the mango to be heated to 47℃ and held for 15 minutes. It takes approximately 6 hours to heat the mango to 47℃ and then 2 hours to cool the fruit down to 23℃.
