Recently, a batch of 22.6 tonnes of, worth about 90, 600 US dollars, frozen minced fish product was successfully exported from Jiaxing, Zhejiang to Hong after gaining inspection and quarantine certification. Its the first time that Jiaxing Inspection Quarantine Bureau has exported frozen mince fish products, which mainly includes frozen fish ball, lobster fish ball, sea urchin fish ball and so on.
Its known that its also the first frozen minced fish product export ever in Zhejiang province.
