The Peruvian ginger harvest has been delayed by a month, mainly due to the climate changes caused by El Nio. This year, we'll be able to start harvesting from late June, which for us entails a delay of over a month. Normally, we start in May, but the intense heat has extended the summer and the ripening process has been slow, so it has not been possible to start harvesting in the usual period. Fortunately, this delay has not affected the quality of our products and sizes have remained unchanged,
