The report, a result of extensive survey and study, has been prepared by DB Tangram. It also draws on the earlier survey findings of DB Tangram and Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) on food parks and allied infrastructure.

For last three-four years the government is struggling hard to bring in much awaited reforms in agriculture and food processing sector. But the progress is slow because reforms in these two sectors touch majority of the population
