Beverage makers capitalizing on dairy

While Muscle Milks core beverage line contains whey proteins, it is considered non-dairy because the lactose and fat have been filtered from those proteins. After the Nestle filing, Muscle Milk agreed to disclose, prominently and directly below the product name on the front panel of the label, that the product contains no milk.
